Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our skincare and body care products, all such sales are final. Used products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Candles and home fragrance products may be eligible for return only if unburned and returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eclatderosee@gmail.com with photos of the issue for review. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
